In 1941 Julie opened a carriage house museum to display and preserve the mode of transportation that she and Spencer had enjoyed. The museum is located across the street from the hotel, next to Broadmoor Hall.

The Broadmoor offers a world‑class racquet sports facility set against the backdrop of the Rocky Mountains, providing guests with an exceptional environment for both tennis and pickleball. The resort features six dedicated pickleball courts supported by four certified instructors, along with equipment available through the onsite Racquet Shop, making it easy for players of any skill level to participate.

Falconry at The Broadmoor
Experience “The Sport of Kings” through this unique opportunity that allows you an up-close encounter with our majestic birds of prey. Your lesson begins at the mews, where our birds are housed. Our falconer introduces you to our fleet of birds and discusses the unique characteristics of each species along with the history of this 4000-year-old tradition. Your lesson continues to the flying field with a free-flight demonstration, where our falconer demonstrates training tactics and commands the bird to fly in and around your group. Your experience caps off with the opportunity to hold one of our birds.
